Kit Spark Multi View

Automate your complex inspections.

Spark Multi View amplifies your inspection capabilities with multiple cameras, providing a comprehensive view for complex analyses. This system is ideal for applications where it is necessary to inspect multiple faces of the parts with a simple and quick setup.

Turnkey inspection kit.

Your kit comes with HD cameras, lighting, poly-articulated arms, a touch screen, and a computing, control, and connectivity unit.

Quick start

Spark is quick to start because it relies solely on a few dozen good parts, eliminating the need for a vast library of vision tools or collecting 50 examples of each defect.

Connect to your line

You can easily connect the Spark automation to your production line to eject non-conforming parts.

Spark Software

Your AI-powered inspection software.

Our software provides accurate analysis and rapid anomaly detection thanks to its embedded AI based on deep learning. It automatically offers severity adjustment to tolerate acceptable variabilities between healthy parts and flag anomalies that render the product defective.

Advanced Algorithms

Spark uses internally developed artificial intelligence algorithms for state-of-the-art anomaly detection, recognized as among the best in the industry.

Learning variability

The system learns and accepts natural variations between conforming parts, thus avoiding false rejections.

Automated Analysis

The captured images (up to 4 per part) are automatically analyzed by the algorithms, allowing the system to provide an overall quality decision for the part. Setting the target sorting performance is done once for all the cameras, and a single decision is sent to the controller for part ejection. This greatly simplifies the management of automation.

Improved Data Sharing

Transform the way to share defect data: high resolution images of defective parts are now accessible via a hyperlink, putting an end to the inaccurate clichés taken with a phone on a desk.

Simplified Reporting

Enjoy error-free, real-time reporting with pre-formatted and easily integrated data for your ERP if needed. The scrap rate is calculated and displayed instantly, providing a clear and updated view of production performance whether you are next to the line or in your office.

Advanced Data Analysis

Access real-time images of inspected parts via the Quality Center, enabling quick and efficient analysis of unresolved production defects online to determine the root cause.

Criteria

Spark

Competing Solutions

Manual Inspection

Sorting Performance

Mastery and rapid analysis of a wide variety of materials and defects.

Variable, often dependent on the type of defect and material.

Limited by fatigue and human error.

Number of parts for learning

Only 30 compliant parts required to start inspection.

Requires a larger quantity of samples, including defects.

Requires the provision of a reference defect library next to the inspection station.

Inspection approach

Based on the analysis of parts conforming to your standards.

Often focused on defect identification.

Heavily relies on operator experience and judgment.

Required expertise

Operators' quality expertise is capitalized in the station

Requires external expertise in AI or industrial vision.

Strong expertise required to train the operators.

Repeatability and Reliability

Reliability and consistency of sorting. Seamless, uninterrupted automation

Reliability depends on the understanding of inspection criteria by the external provider.

High variability leads to reduced reliability over extended periods.

Reporting

Real-time quality monitoring, results, and images at your fingertips, anywhere, anytime.

Reporting automation requires implementation of data retrieval tools from inspection stations.

Reports are generated at the end of production batches, lacking real-time perpective.

Return on investment

Rapid ROI through increased efficiency, error reduction, and labor cost savings.

Variable ROI, uncertain total system cost.

Low ROI due to high recurring labor costs and risks of costly errors.
